FAQs
We treat one client at a time, supported by a dedicated team of up to 20 specialists and a live-in therapist available around the clock. There is no group therapy and no interaction with other clients. Every treatment plan is entirely bespoke.
Each programme is individually designed and may include psychiatry, psychotherapy, medical support, detoxification, restoration of gut and brain biochemistry, high-dose vitamin infusions, and ketamine-assisted therapy where clinically appropriate. Complementary therapies such as nutritional counselling, personal training, breathwork, meditation, reiki and acupuncture are integrated as needed.
We work with clients experiencing addiction, substance dependency, trauma, burnout, mental health conditions, and complex comorbidities. Each case is assessed individually to determine clinical suitability.
The minimum duration for a full residential programme is four weeks. We generally recommend six to eight weeks, as this allows for deeper therapeutic work, identification of root causes, and more sustainable long-term outcomes.
Yes. Medical detoxification can be integrated into a bespoke treatment programme when clinically indicated. It is always managed under full psychiatric and medical supervision.

Yes. A paid consultation can be arranged with our Head Psychiatrist, Dr. Thilo Beck. The 60-minute session includes preparation and a written report.
Yes. Treatment can take place in a hotel setting if preferred, provided there is a suite with a separate room for therapy sessions and an adjoining room for the live-in therapist. Hotel accommodation and meal costs for both client and therapist are covered by the client.

Treatment takes place in a private penthouse residence in Zurich, offering complete discretion and comfort. In some cases, treatment can be arranged in a hotel setting that meets our clinical requirements.
Our London office is currently closed due to internal restructuring and is expected to remain closed for the foreseeable future. All enquiries are handled by our Zurich team.
Paracelsus Recovery operates on a deeply individualised, one-client-at-a-time basis. Our focus is on absolute personalisation, clinical depth, and complete discretion.
Discretion is fundamental to everything we do. Our one-client model, private residences, and dedicated teams mean that client identity and details are never shared or exposed.
We take the time to understand each dietary needs, food preferences, hobbies, sports interests and hospitality expectations. These are integrated into the treatment environment from the very first day.
