Working 100-hour weeks is often glamorised, but the psychological cost can build quietly, until it suddenly becomes impossible to ignore.

In our experience, chronic overworking can closely resemble other forms of addiction or dependency. It often lays the groundwork for substance use or other compulsive behaviours to take root.
